Here is an overview of the key steps we take in finding the perfect candidate for your organisation.
Denton Search will meet with the Client in order to understand the firm, its aspirations & culture. We'll work in partnership on the preferred search strategy & criteria in order to target firms from which to headhunt. There will be a mutual understanding of how the role will be pitched to potential Candidates.
We'll perform a comprehensive & accurate mapping of the relevant market, including a detailed analysis of competitors & associated firms. Denton Search will then undertake the necessary steps in research, sourcing & referencing in order to analyse & identify profiles which match the Client’s criteria.
Profiled Candidates are approached with discreet & personalised telephone calls where the role will be expertly pitched. We pre-screen & filter potential Candidates & assess their work history, present situation & career aspirations. We identify potential push & pull factors to determine their suitability.
Promising Candidates will be met & thoroughly interviewed face-to-face in order to gauge their competencies & personality. Shortlisted Candidates will fully meet the Client’s criteria, both technically & culturally, & any doubts will be communicated to the Client, who decides on whether or not to proceed.
Both the Client & Candidate will be fully briefed prior to interview. Feedback will be communicated within a maximum of 24 hours & further interviews will be set up accordingly. The Client will be updated on a weekly basis on the progress of the search & the thought process of the Candidate.
We'll work with Clients to draw up a package to suit both parties & will use our expert negotiation skills to iron out any potential difficulties. A start-date will be confirmed & we will steer the Candidate through their resignation & notice period, including the management of any counter-offer.

Natalie Denton is the Founding Partner of Denton Search. Her focus is on Senior Researcher and Consultant appointments across all Executive Search industry sectors. Natalie has spent many years building the Search to Search industry across the entirety of the Tier One Executive Search market.
Having previously led the Search to Search division at JPA Search, Natalie ventured out to make a real impact on changing how the industry is viewed. The pursuit and achievement of excellence is most certainly the defining factor in the success of Denton Search. Natalie graduated from Leicester Business School with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
